【予防接種イベント】5月11日〜13日に特典付きのワクチン接種イベント開催＠リーバイススタジアム（サンタ・クララ市）

カリフォルニアらしいワクチン接種イベントの開催予定が発表されました。

なんと、2021年5月11日火曜日、5月12日水曜日、5月13日木曜日の午後5時30分から7時30分（アメリカ太平洋時間）まで、サンタ・クララ市にあるリーバイススタジアムで16歳から19歳の学生とその家族を対象とした、お祭り的な、特典付きで予約なしでワクチンの接種ができる一大イベントです。

発表記事を読んでどこがカリフォルニアらしいかと感じたかというと、

1）10代の若者を中心に、ハッシュタグ＃49ersVaxStagePassを使ってソーシャルメディアで宣伝を展開。

"Youth listen to other youth talk about why it's important to get vaccinated against COVID-19 and that's why teens played a prominent role at the news conference announcing the Student Vaccination Nights. They are also creating a social media blitz with the hashtag #49ersVaxStagePass that is outstanding," said Supervisor Cindy Chavez.

2）イベントに参加する学生は、特別に、地元アメリカンフットボールチームのサンフランシスコ49ersのNFLロッカールームを訪問し、49ers仮想脱出ゲーム用の無料コードを提供され、49ersグッズ（配布限定数有）を配布される。

…the San Francisco 49ers will allow all youth to visit an NFL locker room, provide free codes to play the 49ers Virtual Escape Room Game, and distribute limited quantities of 49ers swag each night.

3）毎晩、ワクチン接種を受けた先着100名様は、コーヒーチェーンのスターバックスかファストフードチェーンのチポトレの10ドルのギフトカードをプレゼントされる。（バレーメディカルセンター財団の支援による）

In addition, $10 gift cards from Starbucks or Chipotle will be provided to the first 100 teens who get vaccinated each night, made possible through the support of the Valley Medical Center Foundation.

4）予防接種のための待ち時間用に、DJによる音楽を提供、49ersのマスコットのサワードウサム主催でソーシャル・ディスタンスを守ったダンスパーティを開催。

The events will also feature a DJ playing music as youth line up to get their shots, with 49ers mascot Sourdough Sam holding a socially distanced dance party.
