【新型コロナウイルス情報】2020年3月17日更新①：3月17日（月）からベイエリア6郡で公共封鎖

急激な展開が進むベイエリアです。

そろそろ新型コロナウイルス以外の明るい話題を、と思っていたところに、びっくりな情報が舞い込みました。

"shelter in place"− ベイエリア6郡＋1市に3週間の自宅避難命令

本日3月16日（アメリカ太平洋時間）、以下の各郡および市の公衆衛生局から、自宅避難命令が出されました。

サンマテオ郡

サンフランシスコ郡

アラメダ郡

コントラ・コスタ郡

マリン郡

バークレー市

"The order defines essential activities as necessary for the health and safety for individuals and their families. Everyone should stay home except to get food, care for a relative or friend, get necessary health care, or go to an essential job. （（上記公布より抜粋・抄訳は筆者による）食糧の買い出し、親戚や友人たちのケア、ヘルスケアや必須とされる仕事に出かける場合を除き、すべての人々は自宅に留まることとする。）

It is OK to go outside for walks if you are not in a group.（（上記公布より抜粋・抄訳は筆者による）グループでなければ、外に散歩に出かけるのはかまわない。）

ということなので、外へ散歩に出るのは大丈夫なようです。

基本的な生活補償はされているというところですね。
